CHICAGO — Veteran guard/forward Norman Powell has agreed to a two-year, $45 million contract with the Chicago Bulls, according to sources familiar with the negotiations.
The deal, first reported Wednesday, positions Powell as one of the Bulls’ key offseason additions. The contract cannot be signed until the NBA’s signing moratorium is lifted, but the sides have reached an understanding on terms, the sources said.
