The Golden State Warriors will add forward Malevy Leons on a two-way contract and will waive Toohey to clear the required roster spot, Hoops Rumors reported.
Two-way agreements allow NBA teams to carry up to three players who can spend time with both the NBA roster and its G League affiliate.
