Reigning EuroLeague champion Fenerbahce Beko has signed guard Talen Horton-Tucker to a two-year deal, the Turkish club announced.
The 23-year-old had been seeking another guaranteed NBA contract but committed to the move overseas after that opportunity failed to materialize. BasketNews reporter Donatas Urbonas first noted the agreement earlier in July, while Marc Stein later indicated Horton-Tucker had a 21-day window to secure an NBA offer before finalizing the pact.
A second-round pick (No. 46 overall) in the 2019 draft, the Chicago native spent six NBA seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, Utah Jazz and Chicago Bulls. He won a championship with the Lakers as a rookie in 2020 and owns career averages of 9.2 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists across 305 regular-season games.
Horton-Tucker appeared in 58 games for the Bulls last season, averaging 6.5 points in 12.5 minutes while shooting 45.7 percent from the field. Originally signed to an Exhibit 10 contract, his deal converted to fully guaranteed after the January cutoff.
At Fenerbahce, Horton-Tucker joins a roster featuring several former NBA players, including Wade Baldwin IV, Khem Birch, Nicolo Melli and Brandon Boston Jr.
