The New York Knicks have issued a two-year offer sheet to Dallas Mavericks restricted free-agent center Moussa Cisse, according to Jake Fischer of The Stein Line. The move was made on July 18, 2026.
ESPN’s Shams Charania reports that Cisse’s salary for the 2026-27 season would be 50 percent guaranteed, while the second year of the agreement (2027-28) is non-guaranteed.
Because Cisse is a restricted free agent, Dallas has two days to match the terms and retain the 24-year-old center or allow him to join New York.
