Wake Forest swingman Juke Harris has removed his name from the 2026 NBA Draft and will return to college for his junior year, the NBA confirmed Tuesday.

The 6’7” guard/forward entered the draft as an early entrant last month while simultaneously entering the transfer portal. On Monday, Harris announced on Instagram that he will play the 2026-27 season at the University of Tennessee.

Harris had been among the 73 prospects invited to next week’s draft combine in Chicago, but his withdrawal means he will no longer participate.

As a sophomore at Wake Forest in 2025-26, Harris averaged 21.4 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.3 steals in 35.1 minutes per game, up from 6.1 points in 19.0 minutes as a freshman. He shot 44.4 percent from the field, 33.2 percent from three-point range and 78.3 percent at the foul line, improvements that earned him ACC Most Improved Player honors and the No. 40 spot on ESPN’s draft board.

NCAA underclassmen have until the end of May 27 to withdraw from the draft and retain college eligibility; the NBA’s separate withdrawal deadline for non-NCAA players is June 13.
