Grizzlies, Warriors Set for Sunday Showdown in Las Vegas Summer League Final

The Memphis Grizzlies and Golden State Warriors will meet for the Las Vegas Summer League championship on Sunday at 8:00 p.m. CT, the NBA announced on Twitter.
Memphis secured its place in the title game by defeating the Houston Rockets 101–90 in Saturday’s first semifinal. Lottery pick Cedric Coward paced the Grizzlies with 28 points, six rebounds and five assists in 28 minutes. Two-way guards Javon Small (17 points, seven rebounds, six assists in 33 minutes) and Jahmai Mashack (15 points, four rebounds in 16 minutes) also delivered key contributions.
No. 3 overall selection Cameron Boozer posted a 12-point, 12-rebound, five-assist line in 31 minutes despite shooting 3-for-13. Memphis has been starting former first-round picks Olivier-Maxence Prosper and Taylor Hendricks, both vying for regular-season roster spots.
Houston was led by undrafted guard Quadir Copeland, who scored a game-high 24 points on 9-of-13 shooting in 27 minutes. Copeland signed a two-way contract with the Rockets earlier this month.
Golden State advanced with a 92–88 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers, setting up a rematch after Memphis handed the Warriors their only loss in Las Vegas on Tuesday. Graham Ike logged 16 points and 11 rebounds in 26 minutes, while two-way guard LJ Cryer added 16 points and four assists in 29 minutes.
No. 11 overall pick Yaxel Lendeborg contributed 15 points, four rebounds, three assists, two blocks and a steal in 29 minutes. Chance McMillian scored 14 points without missing a shot in 12 minutes off the bench. Ike is expected to sign an Exhibit 10 deal with Golden State, and McMillian spent the 2025-26 season with the G League’s Santa Cruz Warriors under a similar agreement.
The previously undefeated Lakers were paced by 2025 second-round pick Adou Thiero, who produced 16 points on 6-for-6 shooting, 10 rebounds, three assists and three steals in 26 minutes, highlighted by a fourth-quarter alley-oop slam.
The championship game will crown the 2026 Las Vegas Summer League winner.
