Dillon Brooks has added three of the game’s biggest names to his personal hit list. In comments published July 19, 2026, the outspoken forward labeled LeBron James, Luka Doncic and Stephen Curry as “some of the NBA’s biggest whiners,” according to the New York Post.
The report states that Brooks singled out the trio when asked which players gripe to referees the most. He pointed to what he views as their constant conversations with officials and suggested that their superstar status gives them extra leeway during games.
Brooks is no stranger to calling out marquee opponents. He notoriously exchanged words with James during a heated 2023 playoff series and has kept up a running commentary on several All-Stars since then.
