Boston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown delivered a highlight play in the opening minutes of Tuesday’s Game 2 of the first-round series against the Philadelphia 76ers, soaring over center Adem Bona for a forceful one-handed dunk.

The sequence unfolded less than three minutes into the contest at TD Garden. Closely guarded by Tyrese Maxey near the top of the key, Brown crossed to his right hand, hesitated, and drove hard down the lane. As he entered the paint, the two-time All-Star elevated, cocked the ball behind his head, and slammed it over Bona, who met him at the rim.

The dunk sent Bona sprawling to the floor and drew an animated celebration from Brown, who was immediately assessed a technical foul for unsportsmanlike conduct.

The play gave Boston an 8–6 advantage with 9:28 remaining in the first quarter. Brown finished the period with five points, three rebounds, and three assists as the Celtics aimed to secure a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven matchup.
