Grizzlies strike deal with Pistons to acquire Isaiah Stewart

The Memphis Grizzlies have reached an agreement with the Detroit Pistons to obtain forward Isaiah Stewart, adding another physical presence to Memphis’s frontcourt.
The trade, reported on June 24, 2026, did not immediately include public details about additional players, draft picks or financial terms. League approval is still required before the move can become official.
Stewart is expected to compete for minutes at power forward and center once the transaction clears, giving the Grizzlies more depth and flexibility in the paint.
