Former Knicks sensation Jeremy Lin has acknowledged for the first time that someone representing Kim Kardashian tried to get in touch with him during his meteoric 2012 rise.
In comments published on June 10, 2026, Lin confirmed that the long-rumored approach actually happened. “That request did come in,” he said, without specifying who made the contact or what was being sought.
Speculation linking the reality-TV star to the then-rookie guard surfaced at the height of “Linsanity,” when Lin’s unexpected scoring streak in February 2012 turned him into an overnight international celebrity. Until now, neither Lin nor Kardashian had publicly verified any attempts to connect.
The former NBA guard did not provide additional details about the inquiry or explain why no meeting ever took place. Kardashian has not commented on Lin’s latest remarks.
