Los Angeles Lakers guard Luka Doncic wrapped up a three-stop Jordan Brand promotional tour across Europe, greeting fans and hosting youth events in Madrid, Spain; Ljubljana, Slovenia; and Belgrade, Serbia.
Madrid – June 17, 2026
Doncic opened the tour at The One regional game in Madrid, interacting with local athletes and supporters. He later visited Basketball Emotion for a consumer and content-creator session, where he signed autographs and spoke with children. The Spanish capital served as a homecoming of sorts for Doncic, who starred for Real Madrid from 2015-18, winning three Liga ACB titles and the 2018 EuroLeague championship, in which he was named MVP.
Ljubljana – June 20, 2026
The second stop brought Doncic back to his hometown of Ljubljana. He met young fans at the Airdom Basketball Store, took part in a Q&A, and played pickup games with local youth. The day concluded at Stožice Arena with a children’s basketball camp.
Belgrade – June 24, 2026
The tour concluded in Belgrade, where large crowds chanted “MVP” as Doncic arrived at Galerija Mall. He visited the DunkShops rooftop court before moving inside for a meet-and-greet at the on-site Nike store. Later, he stopped by his Luka Camp at Luka’s Court in Ljubljana and returned to The One Belgrade to watch the finals of a regional competition.
Endorsement timeline
Doncic signed his initial five-year endorsement agreement with Jordan Brand in December 2019 and extended the partnership in August 2023 through 2029. He is currently promoting the fifth iteration of his Jordan signature sneaker. The endorsement runs parallel to his Lakers contract, which includes a player option for the 2028-29 NBA season.
