Magic Bring Back Colin Castleton on Two-Way Contract

Orlando has re-signed center Colin Castleton to a two-way contract, according to the NBA.com transaction log.

The 26-year-old entered this summer as a restricted free agent after the Magic tendered a two-way qualifying offer earlier in the week. By accepting that offer, Castleton remains under team control as he heads into his final year of two-way eligibility.

Castleton originally joined Orlando last August on an Exhibit 10 deal that was converted to a two-way slot at the end of the preseason. He stayed on that arrangement for the entire 2025-26 campaign but appeared in only four NBA games. Most of his playing time came with the Osceola Magic, where the 6’10” big man averaged 18.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 1.3 blocks across 23 G League contests, logging 32.0 minutes per night.

Before arriving in Orlando, the former Florida standout saw NBA action with the Lakers, Grizzlies, Raptors, and 76ers, totaling 42 regular-season games over two years. If his new two-way deal is later fully guaranteed, he would earn $678,882.

For now, Castleton projects as the fourth center on the depth chart behind Wendell Carter Jr., Goga Bitadze, and Nikola Vucevic. Guard Alex Morales occupies the Magic’s second two-way spot, leaving one opening on that list.
