The Oklahoma City Thunder have listed wing Jalen Williams as questionable for Tuesday’s pivotal Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals against the San Antonio Spurs because of left hamstring strain management, according to the team’s injury report.
Williams, a 2024/25 All-Star and All-NBA selection, has missed the last two games after aggravating the same hamstring he first injured on April 22 in Game 2 of the first-round series with Phoenix. The setback forced him to sit out the entire second-round sweep of the Lakers and re-emerged in Game 2 versus San Antonio.
Oklahoma City will be without Ajay Mitchell. The second-year guard has been ruled out with a right soleus strain suffered in the third quarter of Game 3. He also missed Sunday’s Game 4 loss.
The absence of two primary playmakers hampered the Thunder offense in Game 4, placing additional responsibility on Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. The best-of-seven series returns to Oklahoma City on Tuesday tied at 2-2.
San Antonio enters Game 5 with its own injury concerns. DeAaron Fox (right ankle sprain) and Dylan Harper (right adductor soreness) continue to play through their ailments but are not listed on Tuesday’s report, per the Spurs.
