Any pursuit, according to the report, would hinge on Antetokounmpo’s willingness to sign an extension with his new team, a factor expected to shape the entire market for the 29-year-old forward.
Portland’s interest aligns with its current roster strategy. Franchise cornerstone Damian Lillard is under a team-friendly contract, and pairing him with Antetokounmpo would give the organization a clear competitive direction.
