OAKLAND, Calif. — Mike Dunleavy Jr. has agreed to a multiyear contract extension that secures his position atop the Golden State Warriors’ front office, the organization confirmed on Monday.
The deal guarantees that Dunleavy will continue overseeing basketball operations regardless of head coach Steve Kerr’s long-term status with the franchise. Terms of the extension were not disclosed.
