DALLAS — May 15, 2026 — Dallas Mavericks forward Cooper Flagg and Duke University center Arianna Roberson have confirmed they are dating, sharing vacation photos from Turks and Caicos on Thursday.
Roberson posted a TikTok featuring several coordinated outfits the pair wore during the getaway, with most images showing the two holding hands. Flagg followed by uploading an Instagram Story that captured the couple kissing, accompanied by two black heart emojis; Roberson re-shared the same image on her account.
The two had already sparked speculation last month when Roberson attended Flagg’s Rookie of the Year news conference, sitting alongside his parents, Kelly and Ralph.
Blue Devil connection
Both athletes played for Duke, though not concurrently. Roberson just concluded her freshman campaign in Durham, averaging 8.0 points and 5.7 rebounds during the 2025-26 season. Flagg left the program after the 2024-25 season and was selected No. 1 overall in the 2025 NBA draft.
Flagg’s busy offseason
Before the Caribbean trip, Flagg served as honorary pace-car driver for the Würth 400 at Texas Motor Speedway. On the court, the 19-year-old wrapped up his debut NBA season with averages of 21.0 points, 6.7 rebounds and 4.5 assists.
Family ties
Roberson is the younger sister of former NBA forward Andre Roberson, who played for the Brooklyn Nets and Oklahoma City Thunder.
The couple has not announced any future public appearances.
