ESPN has reiterated its Terms of Use, privacy guidelines and gambling-related support resources as part of a 2026 corporate notice.

The network reminded readers of its Privacy Policy, Children’s Online Privacy Policy and Interest-Based Ads practices. Viewers were also directed to information about Nielsen Measurement and given options to manage personal data through “Your Privacy Choices.”

For users seeking assistance with gambling issues, the notice listed multiple hotlines: 1-800-GAMBLER or 1-800-MY-RESET nationwide, (800) 327-5050 in Massachusetts, 877-8-HOPENY by phone or text in New York, 888-789-7777 in Connecticut, and www.mdgamblinghelp.org in Maryland. Puerto Rico residents were advised to call 1-800-981-0023. The minimum gambling age was set at 21 in most states and 18 in the District of Columbia, Kentucky, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico and Wyoming. Wagering is void in Ontario.

ESPN clarified that eligibility restrictions apply and referenced DraftKings’ sportsbook terms, noting that wagers are placed on behalf of Boot Hill Casino in Kansas. The company added that a pass-through tax per wager may apply in Illinois.
