Major U.S. sportsbooks released their first lines for the 2026 NBA Draft on Monday, setting the betting market for who will be taken first overall by the Washington Wizards.
The Wizards secured the No. 1 pick after finishing with the league’s worst record in the 2025-26 season. Operators including FanDuel, DraftKings and BetMGM opened wagering shortly after the NBA lottery confirmed Washington’s position at the top of the board.
While individual player odds vary by book, the consensus slate features a handful of highly rated prospects who led most mock drafts throughout the college and international seasons. Bettors can now choose from several futures options, with prices expected to shift as pre-draft workouts, the scouting combine and team interviews progress.
In addition to outright odds on the first pick, some books are offering prop markets on draft position over/unders and the exact order of the top three selections. Limits remain low at launch but are likely to increase as June 2026 approaches.
The NBA Draft is scheduled for June 25, 2026 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
