LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles Clippers have formally added undrafted rookies Jahmyl Telfort and John Poulakidas to their training camp roster on Exhibit 10 contracts, the team confirmed on September 27.
The moves were first reported in June, when ESPN’s Jonathan Givony noted the club had reached an agreement with Telfort. Law Murray of The Athletic subsequently reported that both Telfort and Poulakidas would join the Clippers’ Summer League squad and were expected to land Exhibit 10 deals.
Telfort, a 6-foot-7 guard out of Butler, returned for a super-senior season in 2024-25 after testing the NBA draft waters. He averaged 16.0 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.4 assists while hitting a collegiate-best 36.1 percent from beyond the arc. His pre-draft tour included a strong showing at the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament.
Poulakidas, a 6-foot-5 shooter from Yale, enters the professional ranks after converting better than 40 percent of his 604 career three-point attempts. He posted 19.4 points per game for the Bulldogs in his final season.
In the same report that linked the two rookies to Los Angeles, Murray added that Nevada wing Kobe Sanders, selected 50th overall via a draft-night trade with the Knicks, is expected to begin his career on a two-way contract.
The Exhibit 10 structure allows the Clippers to convert either player to a two-way deal before the season or designate them as affiliate players with the G League’s Ontario Clippers, where they would be eligible for bonuses of up to $75,000.
