The Milwaukee Bucks have reached a new agreement with shooting guard Gary Trent Jr., locking him into a four-year, $64 million deal, according to Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul and agent Lucas Newton.
ESPN’s Shams Charania reported that Trent’s representatives and the Bucks opened negotiations immediately after the NBA Finals and weighed multiple sign-and-trade proposals before finalizing the direct re-signing.
The contract is fully guaranteed and does not include player or team option years, HoopsHype’s Michael Scotto confirmed.
Further details on the agreement have not yet been disclosed.
