The Indiana Pacers have inked undrafted guards Steven Ashworth and RJ Felton to Exhibit 10 contracts, the club confirmed Monday in a press release.

The agreements are structured to direct both players to the Pacers’ G League affiliate, the Noblesville Boom. Indiana is expected to waive the pair before the NBA regular season opens, making them eligible for bonuses of up to $85,300 each if they remain with Noblesville for at least 60 days.

Reports of verbal commitments surfaced in June, shortly after both guards went undrafted.

College résumés

Ashworth spent three seasons at Utah State before transferring to Creighton for his final two years. As a super senior in 2024-25, the 6’1″ playmaker averaged 16.4 points, 4.1 rebounds and a Big East-leading 6.8 assists across 35 games (36.0 minutes per game) with the Bluejays.

Felton, a 6’3″ scorer who played four years at East Carolina, posted 18.8 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.2 steals in 30 games (34.5 minutes) last season, shooting .414 from the field, .376 from three-point range and .743 at the foul line.

Summer League and roster status

Both guards suited up for Indiana’s Summer League squad in July. With their additions, the Pacers currently carry the maximum 21 players allowed for training camp.
