Guard Jordan Goodwin is staying with the Phoenix Suns on a three-year, $19 million agreement that includes a player option for the 2026-27 season, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.

Goodwin, 26, earned a roster spot out of training camp last fall on a non-guaranteed deal and became one of the club’s most dependable reserves. He averaged 8.7 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.2 assists while leading Phoenix with 106 steals.

The new contract continues the franchise’s push to keep its core intact after reaching the postseason. On Tuesday, the Suns locked up guard Collin Gillespie with a four-year, $48 million deal.

With Goodwin and Gillespie secured, Phoenix is expected to turn its attention to restricted free-agent center Mark Williams, whose status remains one of the team’s primary offseason concerns.
