University of Houston freshman guard Kingston Flemings announced on Sunday that he will enter the 2026 NBA Draft. The decision was shared via a video posted by Joseph Duarte of The Houston Chronicle on X.
Flemings is ranked No. 7 on ESPN’s list of best available players, positioning the 19-year-old as a projected mid-lottery selection. The San Antonio native collected multiple honors during a standout first season with the Cougars, whose campaign concluded with a Sweet 16 loss to Illinois in the NCAA tournament.
In 37 games, Flemings averaged 16.1 points, 5.2 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 1.5 steals while logging 31.7 minutes per contest. He shot 47.6% from the field, 38.7% from three-point range and 84.5% at the free-throw line.
