LOS ANGELES — NBA G League officials have selected Clippers two-way guard Sean Pedulla as the 2025/26 Rookie of the Year, the league announced Thursday.
The 23-year-old guard, who went undrafted out of Mississippi last June, averaged 23.6 points, 6.7 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 1.6 steals over 28 games with the Rip City Remix and the San Diego Clippers. Pedulla posted shooting splits of .443 from the field, .369 from three-point range and .845 at the foul line while logging 32.0 minutes per contest. Among qualified first-year players, he led the league in scoring and ranked second in assists.
Pedulla signed a two-way deal with the Clippers in February and has appeared in four NBA games, averaging 3.3 points in 5.8 minutes.
Raptors two-way guard Alijah Martin finished second in Rookie of the Year voting, while Clippers two-way forward Norchad Omier placed third.
Defensive and Coaching Honors
Defensive Player of the Year: Dallas Legends center Jamarion Sharp earned the award after averaging 7.1 points, 7.3 rebounds and a league-best 3.9 blocks across 25 games (24.9 MPG). Lakers two-way guard Chris Manon and Raptors two-way guard Alijah Martin were the runners-up.
Coach of the Year: Mexico City Capitanes head coach Vitor Galvani collected top coaching honors in his first season with the club, guiding the league’s lone independent team to a 24-12 record and the No. 2 seed in the Western Conference playoffs. Greensboro Swarm coach DJ Bakker and Osceola Magic coach Dylan Murphy finished second and third, respectively.
All three awards were determined by votes from G League head coaches and general managers.
