Tempers flared during the Feb. 28 matchup between the Denver Nuggets and the Oklahoma City Thunder when Thunder forward Lu Dort tripped Nuggets star Nikola Jokic, triggering a brief on-court scrum.
The incident unfolded in the second half at Ball Arena. Jokic hit the floor after the apparent trip, and players from both teams quickly converged, exchanging shoves and heated words. Game officials and coaches stepped in to separate the groups and restore order.
After a short delay, play resumed with both sides visibly fired up but no further major confrontations reported.
