The Cleveland Cavaliers anticipate having forward Evan Mobley and swingman Dean Wade back in uniform for Thursday’s home game against the Brooklyn Nets, head coach Kenny Atkinson told reporters after Tuesday’s practice.

Mobley has missed time with a strained calf, while Wade has been sidelined by an ankle injury. Atkinson indicated both players are “on track” to play in the club’s first contest following the All-Star break and are likely to face minutes restrictions.

Mobley left the practice floor wearing the team’s wine-colored “Starter Penny” jersey, signaling his participation in workouts. Wade also completed practice activities without reported setbacks.

Guard Max Strus, recovering from a foot issue, took part in an individual session and could join the lineup later in the post-break schedule, according to the coach.

Cleveland enters Thursday at 34-21, riding a five-game winning streak and victories in 10 of its last 11 outings. The Cavaliers are 3-0 since acquiring James Harden and hold an NBA-best 17-5 record dating to Dec. 29.

Following the matchup with Brooklyn, the Cavaliers visit the Charlotte Hornets on Friday before meeting the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday at 1 p.m. EST.
