Cooper Flagg leaves game with ankle sprain in Mavericks nightmare

Dallas Mavericks forward Cooper Flagg was forced out of the Jan. 15 game after suffering an ankle sprain, capping what the team described as a nightmare evening.
The rookie left the floor in visible pain and did not return. The Mavericks did not immediately release details on the severity of the injury or a timetable for his recovery.
Further medical evaluation is expected to determine the extent of the sprain.
