Chicago Bulls second-year wing Trentyn Flowers, currently on a two-way contract, is attracting attention from several Power Five schools, according to Joe Tipton of On3.com.

Per the report, Kentucky, Michigan, Kansas and Florida have all shown interest in bringing the 20-year-old back to the college ranks.

Flowers was rated as a top-25 high-school recruit in 2023 and initially committed to Louisville before choosing a professional path in Australia. He spent the 2023-24 season with the Adelaide 36ers of the National Basketball League and went undrafted in 2024, later signing his two-way deal with Chicago.

While the NCAA has not formally cleared players with NBA experience for collegiate eligibility, programs continue to explore the possibility. Former Mavericks two-way guard Jazian Gortman, now with the Oklahoma City Blue in the G League, represents another recent case of colleges courting pros.

Tipton adds that other active two-way players are receiving similar overtures, though no additional names were disclosed.

The push follows recent examples of NCAA flexibility, notably Knicks prospect James Nnaji joining Baylor earlier this month. Selected 31st overall in the 2023 draft, the Nigerian center previously played professionally in Spain and Turkey yet was awarded four full years of eligibility.
