The Oklahoma City Thunder wasted little time erasing the sting of Saturday’s loss to San Antonio, overwhelming the visiting Los Angeles Clippers 122-101 on Thursday night.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander poured in 32 points, collected seven rebounds and dished six assists, exiting after three quarters with the game well in hand. The All-NBA guard has now scored at least 20 points in 98 consecutive outings.

The victory pushes Oklahoma City to 25-2 overall and 13-0 at Paycom Center, restoring the dominance that carried the club to a 16-game winning streak before last weekend’s setback.

Rookie center Chet Holmgren added 22 points, while Jalen Williams finished with 20. Oklahoma City’s defense forced 28 turnovers—18 of them steals—and turned those miscues into 39 points. Rookie guard Cason Wallace led the disruption.

Los Angeles played without James Harden and kept pace early, trailing just 57-53 at halftime. The third quarter proved decisive as the Thunder unleashed a decisive run that pushed the margin into double figures for good.

Oklahoma City returns to action Sunday, looking to remain perfect at home and widen its lead in the Western Conference.
