Indiana released him on Dec. 26, one year after he logged just a single contest due to an Achilles tear.
Another Israeli club, Hapoel Tel Aviv, is in discussions with ex-NBA forward Jacob Toppin, Sport5 reports. Because Toppin is recognized as Jewish, he would not count against the team’s foreign-player limit.
