ESPN insider Shams Charania reported on NBA Today that the Golden State Warriors have entered the race for free-agent forward Mario Hezonja, joining the Cleveland Cavaliers among teams showing interest.
Hezonja, 31, was the No. 5 pick in the 2015 draft and spent five NBA seasons with Orlando, New York and Cleveland before playing the last six years overseas. Previous reports from Marc Stein and Jake Fischer indicated that clubs pursuing LeBron James had also shown interest in the Croatian veteran, specifically naming Cleveland.
