Promitheas Vikos Cola announced Saturday that forward Alex Antetokounmpo has signed with the Greek club for the 2026/27 campaign, ending his brief tenure with the Milwaukee Bucks.

The 24-year-old joined Milwaukee on a two-way contract in October and appeared in six NBA games, averaging 3.2 points over 3.5 minutes per contest. He spent most of the season with the Bucks’ G League affiliate, the Wisconsin Herd, where he logged 4.9 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.1 rebounds in 18.0 minutes across 47 games.

Antetokounmpo, the youngest brother of Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo, has prior international experience with UCAM Murcia in Spain, M Basket in Lithuania, Podgorica in Montenegro, and Greek sides PAOK and Aris. He also played parts of three other seasons in the G League before landing in Milwaukee.

With Giannis Antetokounmpo reportedly heading to Miami in a blockbuster trade, Milwaukee faced reduced motivation to keep Alex on the roster. Coaching staff members led by Doc Rivers were said to be frustrated last season that roster spots were occupied by Giannis’s brothers rather than higher-producing players.
