NBA veteran Terry Rozier, who is reportedly under investigation for illegal gambling, was previously branded a deadbeat father by a bikini-model former girlfriend who battled him in court for child support, newly revealed documents show.
The filings, made public on Oct. 24 2025, state that Rozier’s ex-partner accused the Charlotte Hornets guard of falling behind on payments for their child and resisting efforts to secure consistent financial assistance. The model said she was forced to initiate legal action to obtain the support she claims Rozier had long neglected.
The child-support dispute predates Rozier’s current gambling troubles but adds another layer of legal scrutiny for the NBA player. Details of any settlement or current payment arrangement were not disclosed in the papers released Friday.
Rozier, 31, has not commented publicly on either the gambling probe or the child-support allegations.
