April 30, 2026 — The Minnesota Timberwolves reached Ball Arena on Thursday night wearing Donte DiVincenzo jerseys, a collective show of support for the guard who ruptured his Achilles tendon in Game 4 of the Western Conference first-round series against the Denver Nuggets.

Every member of the roster sported a different edition of DiVincenzo’s No. 0 uniform, ranging from classic to statement designs. Veteran guard Mike Conley, clad in a black throwback style, proposed the tribute, according to the club.

“Hopefully he gives us a little spiritual bump,” head coach Chris Finch said shortly before tipoff.

DiVincenzo started all 82 regular-season games and averaged 12.2 points. In the first three complete playoff contests, he posted 14.3 points, 5.0 assists and 5.0 rebounds before being injured early in Game 4 last Saturday.

“I feel completely devastated for Donte,” Finch said after that game. “He’s the heart and soul of so many things we do.”

Minnesota also entered Thursday without injured star Anthony Edwards but held a 3-2 advantage in the best-of-seven matchup.
