Photos of the two NBA veterans surfaced on social media Wednesday, showing them smiling on the tee box at an undisclosed course on the island. The outing comes as offseason chatter continues to link James, 41, to Golden State, where close friend and business partner Green has spent his entire 14-year career.
Neither James nor Green has publicly addressed the golf outing or the latest trade rumors. James remains under contract with the Lakers, while Green re-signed with the Warriors last summer.
James, a four-time NBA champion, is coming off a season in which he averaged 25.5 points, 7.2 rebounds and 7.4 assists. Green, a four-time champion himself, appeared in 73 games for Golden State last year, averaging 8.7 points, 7.1 rebounds and 6.5 assists.
