NEW YORK — Danilo Gallinari, who once wore a New York Knicks uniform, has retired from professional basketball after 16 seasons in the NBA.
The 6-foot-10 forward disclosed his decision on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025, ending a career that began with the Knicks and stretched over a decade and a half.
Gallinari’s retirement closes the chapter on a long run in the league that saw him contribute both as a starter and key rotation player at various stops.
