The last spot in the 2026 NBA playoff quarterfinals will be decided Sunday night when the Cleveland Cavaliers host the Toronto Raptors in Game 7 of their first-round series.
Cleveland opened the best-of-seven matchup with a 2-0 advantage, but Toronto protected home court to pull even. After the Cavaliers claimed Game 5, the Raptors forced a decider when RJ Barrett hit a game-winning three-pointer in Friday’s 112-110 overtime victory.
