Milwaukee — The Milwaukee Bucks have reached an agreement to send forward Giannis Antetokounmpo to the Miami Heat in a blockbuster trade that also includes forward Bobby Portis, ESPN reported.

According to the outlet, Miami will ship guard Tyler Herro, center Kel’el Ware, forward Jaime Jaquez Jr. and guard Kasparas Jakucionis to Milwaukee, along with an unspecified package of future draft picks.

The transaction, once approved by the NBA, would dramatically reshape both rosters, moving Antetokounmpo to South Florida while providing the Bucks with a mix of young talent and additional selections.

League approval and physical examinations are still required before the trade can become official.
