The Charlotte Hornets have released forward Isaih Moore, the club’s public relations department announced on September 27, only three days after he was added to the preseason roster.

Moore, 25, signed with Charlotte on September 24 in what is believed to have been an Exhibit 10 agreement. Such deals can include a bonus of up to $85,300 if the player returns to the team’s G League affiliate and remains there for at least 60 days.

To create space for Moore on the 21-man offseason roster, the Hornets waived guard Terrell Brown Jr. on the day of the signing. Brown had joined the team just 24 hours earlier.

The 6-foot-10 Moore played 20 games for the Greensboro Swarm last season, averaging 4.9 points and 4.6 rebounds in 12.3 minutes per contest. He spent the previous year with the Sioux Falls Skyforce after going undrafted out of Fresno State in 2023.

Charlotte has cycled through several Exhibit 10 signings in recent days to secure bonus eligibility for their G League squad. DJ Rodman, Marcus Garrett, Brandon Slater, and Keyontae Johnson were also signed and waived during the same span.
