Oklahoma City Thunder
Holding picks No. 12, 17 and 37 in the 2026 NBA Draft, Oklahoma City is expected to look for complementary pieces around two-time MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. The Oklahoman reports the club may prioritize frontcourt size at No. 12, mentioning Tennessee’s Nate Ament, Michigan’s Aday Mara, Yaxel Lendeborg and Morez Johnson Jr., along with Washington’s Hannes Steinbach. Wing depth is the focus at No. 17, where Baylor’s Cameron Carr, Texas’ Dailyn Swain, Iowa’s Bennett Stirtz, Santa Clara’s Allen Graves and Kentucky’s Jayden Quaintance are in play. Oklahoma City is viewed as unlikely to retain all three selections, but prospects such as Iowa State’s Joshua Jefferson, UConn’s Alex Karaban and Houston’s Emanuel Sharp have been identified as possible fits at No. 37.
Sacramento Kings
The Kings scheduled a new pre-draft workout for Monday, according to KCRA News. Cincinnati forward Baba Miller, who previously postponed a visit because of illness, will work out alongside Ohio State guard Bruce Thornton, SMU guard B.J. Edwards, Purdue guard Fletcher Loyer, South Carolina wing Kobe Knox and Indiana guard Tucker DeVries.
Minnesota Timberwolves
Forward Aaron Nkrumah completed a workout with Minnesota earlier this month, KSTP reports. The 6-foot-6 prospect began his career in Division III before transferring to Tennessee State, where he averaged 17.7 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.8 steals while shooting 35.1% from three on his way to Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year honors.
Golden State Warriors
ESPN’s Anthony Slater told Grind City Media that Golden State’s offseason hinges on the No. 11 pick. With wings Jimmy Butler and Moses Moody expected to miss the start of the season due to injuries, the front office views the selection as essential and is disinclined to trade it unless a high-level player comes back. Arizona guard Brayden Burries has drawn internal interest; Slater noted his off-ball skill set could complement the current core and develop into a larger offensive role.
