ESPN has released an updated set of legal disclaimers and privacy notices outlining its Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and responsible gambling guidelines.

The platform lists multiple hotlines for users seeking help with gambling-related problems. National callers are directed to 1-800-GAMBLER or 1-800-MY-RESET, while residents of Massachusetts can call (800) 327-5050. New Yorkers are advised to dial 877-8-HOPENY or text HOPENY (467369). Connecticut residents are referred to 888-789-7777 or ccpg.org, and Maryland users can visit mdgamblinghelp.org. Puerto Rico’s hotline is 1-800-981-0023.

The notice specifies that sports betting is restricted to individuals aged 21 and over in most U.S. states, with an 18-plus threshold in the District of Columbia, Kentucky, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico, and Wyoming. Wagering is void in Ontario, and additional eligibility restrictions may apply.

ESPN states that wagers placed through DraftKings Sportsbook are made on behalf of Boot Hill Casino in Kansas, and that Illinois bettors may be subject to a pass-through tax on each wager.
