Sources told ESPN that the NBA has opened a review into an interaction between New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson and spectators that occurred during Game 1 of the team’s current playoff series.
Details of the exchange were not disclosed. League officials are gathering video and other material to determine whether any rules were violated, the sources said.
No disciplinary decision has been announced, and representatives for the Knicks, Brunson and the NBA have not publicly commented on the matter.
