Connecticut users are pointed to 888-789-7777 or ccpg.org, and those in Maryland can find help at mdgamblinghelp.org. Puerto Rico’s dedicated number is 1-800-981-0023.
According to the notice, betting is limited to individuals aged 21 and older in most states, with a lower threshold of 18 in Washington, D.C., Kentucky, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico and Wyoming. Wagers are not permitted in Ontario. ESPN also states that eligibility restrictions may apply and that pass-through per-wager taxes could be assessed in Illinois.
