The Philadelphia 76ers have parted ways with president of basketball operations Daryl Morey, the team confirmed Monday.
The decision arrives only days after Philadelphia was eliminated from the postseason in a four-game sweep by the New York Knicks. Details of the separation were not disclosed, and the organization did not immediately announce plans for a successor.
Morey had led the 76ers’ front office since 2020, overseeing multiple playoff appearances during his tenure. His exit follows one of the franchise’s most lopsided series defeats in recent seasons.
