Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum is set to play at Madison Square Garden on April 8, marking his first game in the arena since suffering an Achilles injury last season.

The matchup is crucial for the New York Knicks, who are fighting to secure playoff positioning in the Eastern Conference. A win over Boston would bolster New York’s postseason hopes, while the Celtics aim to maintain their hold on a top seed.

Tatum missed the Celtics’ previous visit to MSG while rehabbing the injury but has since returned to full strength. The 27-year-old All-Star enters Wednesday’s contest averaging 28.4 points, 8.7 rebounds and 4.3 assists.

Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET.
