Milwaukee — Bucks forward Taurean Prince has been shifted to questionable for Tuesday’s home game against the Suns, marking his first chance to play since early November following surgery for a herniated cervical disk.
Milwaukee received a $1,651,887 disabled player exception (DPE) after NBA physicians projected Prince would be sidelined until at least June 15. If he is activated Tuesday, the club would automatically lose that exception on the final day teams are permitted to use 2025/26 DPEs.
The 31-year-old veteran has been completing individual on-court workouts after team practices and tweeted that he is “close” to returning. Prince last appeared on Nov. 4, the Bucks’ eighth contest of the season, and holds a $3.8 million player option for 2026/27.
Additional injury updates
Los Angeles Clippers: Power forward John Collins (neck strain) is expected to stay out through the week, head coach Tyronn Lue told reporters. Collins, 28, has missed five straight games since playing on Mar. 1 and will enter unrestricted free agency this summer.
Indiana Pacers: The club ruled out All-Star forward Pascal Siakam (right knee sprain) and reserve guard T.J. McConnell (right hamstring soreness) for Tuesday’s matchup with Sacramento. Starting point guard Andrew Nembhard is listed as doubtful because of lower-back and neck soreness.
Phoenix Suns: Guard Jordan Goodwin (left calf strain) has been upgraded to questionable for Tuesday in Milwaukee after sitting out seven consecutive games. Teammate Grayson Allen is also questionable due to right knee injury management.
