NEW YORK — Forward Jeremy Sochan acknowledged on Feb. 25, 2026, that his tenure with the New York Knicks has been rocky, but he insisted the downturn will not last.

“We’ll be good,” Sochan said, repeating the phrase several times when asked about the team’s recent difficulties. The 20-year-old has endured a string of lackluster performances since arriving in New York, and the Knicks have slipped in the standings during that span.

Sochan, selected ninth overall in the 2022 draft, emphasized that the roster remains united and that improvements will come through continued work in practice. He declined to cite specific adjustments but said the group’s chemistry gives him confidence.

New York’s next chance to reverse course comes later this week when the club opens a three-game homestand at Madison Square Garden. “There’s a lot of season left,” Sochan added. “We just have to stay together and keep pushing.”
