Kalshi launches ‘NYPMAX’ promo: Deposit $10, receive $10 credit on NBA Sixth Man of the Year market

Kalshi, the event-trading exchange regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, has rolled out a limited-time promotion tied to its NBA Sixth Man of the Year futures market.
According to the offer, customers who enter the promo code NYPMAX and place at least $10 in trades will receive an additional $10 credit in their accounts. The bonus can be used on any Kalshi contract, including the platform’s market on who will win the 2025-26 NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award.
The promotion began on Feb. 24, 2026, and is open to new and existing users while supplies last. Kalshi did not specify an end date but advised traders to act quickly, noting that the credit is applied after the qualifying trades settle.
To participate, users must:
- Sign in or create a Kalshi account
- Navigate to the promo section and enter code NYPMAX
- Execute at least $10 worth of trades on any market
Kalshi’s NBA Sixth Man of the Year contract lets traders buy “Yes” or “No” positions on individual players, with prices ranging from 1¢ to 99¢ that represent the implied probability of each outcome. Payouts settle at $1 per share for correct predictions and $0 for incorrect ones.
The exchange reminds participants that all trading involves risk and that contracts are subject to CFTC regulations.
