Los Angeles Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue says he still cannot understand why the New York Knicks dismissed Tom Thibodeau, calling the move something that “doesn’t make sense.”
Lue’s remark was published Thursday, Aug. 28, 2025. Asked about recent coaching changes around the NBA, he singled out the Knicks’ decision to part ways with Thibodeau and expressed continued disbelief at the move.
