The Phoenix Suns will have to navigate the next stretch of their schedule without two key starters after Friday night’s 110-103 defeat to the Atlanta Hawks.
Guard Devin Booker exited in the fourth quarter with a right ankle injury, while forward Jalen Green sat out the second half because of precautionary right hamstring tightness. An official update on Booker’s ankle has not been released.
Veteran swingman Dillon Brooks said the only option is to stay focused on the remaining games leading into the All-Star break.
“It’s basketball. It happens. We’ll figure it out,” Brooks told reporters, according to Duane Rankin of the Arizona Republic. “Rally together and let’s try to finish off this first half the right way. Stay where we’re at. Don’t let the bleeding bleed too much and go into the break with some wins.”
Phoenix has 10 contests left before the league pauses for All-Star Weekend, nine of them at Footprint Center.
